Grand Opening

Friday, October 10th & Saturday October 11th
Friday 5-8pm is the Opening Reception of the Four Points of Light gallery show. Enjoy live music, food, drinks, and artist talks at 7pm.
Saturday 11am-3pm is a family day filled with free art activities like creating a canvas bag and adding to our Grand Opening mural! Enjoy art demonstrations, gallery show, food & drink, and raku pottery. To participate in raku pottery see schedule below. 🙂
- 11am – Opening Raku Pottery pull. This will be staff and student work. Come see the process and participate in the next pulls!
- 12:30 – First Community Raku Pottery pull. Purchase and glaze a pre-thrown piece by 11:30 to pull your piece at this time!
- 2:00 – Second Community Raku Pottery pull. Purchase and glaze a pre-thrown piece by 1pm to pull your piece at this time.
Pre-thrown pieces will be available for purchase for a $30 fee – cash or card 🙂 Check out a quick video below of a raku pull at RRAC.

They are sister-locations! They are under the same entity and work collaboratively. Creative Flow Art Center is a site in Fridley where we can better serve students with accessibility needs. Rumriver Art Center is located in the Old Milk Factory in Anoka.
