CFAC Policies

Class Policies

*All camp/class fees are non-refundable upon registration.

Payment in full is due prior to the start of the class.

Cancellation or request to reschedule more than 2 weeks in advance = Creative Flow Art Center account credit in the amount of the class cost to use at a future camp or class.

Cancellation or request to reschedule 2 weeks or less in advance = no refunds or credits given.

In the instance of extreme weather conditions, we will give participants the option of either a refund or credit, should we cancel a class.

Safety is our first priority in extreme weather. You have the final decision on whether or not to attend class. If CFAC is open, students are expected to attend and no refunds or credits will be given for a missed class.

Any student more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed into the class and no refunds or credits will be given for the missed class. Less than 15 minutes late will be allowed in class the first time only. The beginning of class is very important and we need all students present.

While most of our classes take place at Creative Flow Art Center, some classes may be located offsite. We will note on the class registration if a class will not be located at CFAC. It is the participant’s responsibility to check the location of their class and arrive at the correct location on time. No refunds or account credits will be provided for a class missed due to the participant going to the wrong location.
